Our menu is uniquely designed like movements in a symphony, each contributing to the overall dining experience. The concept breaks away from the traditional structure of starters, mains, and desserts, and instead, it presents a selection of 'movements' that each hold their own unique gastronomical narrative. This approach allows you to orchestrate your own dining journey, experiencing a symphony of flavors at your own tempo.

We suggest indulging in at least two or three movements per person, giving you the freedom to savor a wide array of tastes. Of course, the symphony is in your hands—you're welcome to select as many movements as you like to satisfy your culinary curiosity.
