With the release of his latest music video, PRAGMA ENIGMA unveils a universe where genres and arts intersect. Singer, composer, painter, and stylist, PRAGMA ENIGMA is a multifaceted contemporary artist from Reims, whose music resonates in harmony with the materials surrounding him. From cathartic stage experiences to sonic creations, PRAGMA ENIGMA draws inspiration from spirituality, electro, rock, trap, and even the world of fashion. With a unique and bold sonic identity, he’s often found alongside designers, performing in Paris and Milan during Fashion Weeks, in prestigious venues like the Cloître Ouvert in January 2020, the Galerie Bertrand Grimond in June/July 2020, the White Show and Ithaki showroom in Milan in September 2020, Poush artist workshops in October 2021, D Galerie in June 2022, and the Silencio Club in March 2023.
A devotee of art galleries where he performs live and sometimes exhibits his own works, PRAGMA ENIGMA has sculpted an entire atmosphere. He has also engaged in prestigious collaborations, including composing a piece for fashion shows by stylist Philippe Perisse in Paris and Dallas, featuring the voice of Fiona Commins (assistant to Jean-Michel Jarre), as well as a remix of the track “(G)RAVE” by Vladimir Cauchemar. Additionally, exceptional features with stylist and rapper coucou_bebe75018 (whose clothing is worn by A$AP Rocky, 21 Savage, Lil Uzi Vert, Madonna, and Dj Snake) have enriched his repertoire. His tracks are mixed by musician and sound engineer Pierre Baslé (Sony, Universal, Warner).
His striking basslines and melodies with spatial textures immerse the listener in an intense and organic universe. Noises, voices, harmonies, melodic synthesizers with urban and industrial textures, bass explosions, and catchy refrains—his compositions are true sonic paintings whose exhibition in material renders visible the undulations produced on various liquids he films and projects in his videos and live performances. In his latest EP “Life Never Ends,” released on June 30, 2023, PRAGMA ENIGMA subtly blends his baroque, techno, rock, and hip-hop/trap inspirations to develop a unique electro sound. This project, with its enigmatic symbolism, transports listeners to new musical dimensions. Today, he unveils the music video for his eponymous single, always with the idea of creating a project that explores the connection between humans and the mysterious essence of the world we live in, like a ceremony celebrating constant creation.
